Services and project scope

LoadaiX Technologies provides website development and AI automation services. Before purchasing, confirm your page list, content responsibilities, integrations, delivery milestones and usage allowances with our team at sales@loadaix.com. The agreed written scope defines the work to be delivered.

Prices and recurring services

BrokerLaunch is $1,999 once. BrokerEdge is $2,499 once. BrokerElite is $3,499 once plus $499 per month for its AI receptionist. BrokerBrain Ai is $499 per month. All amounts are USD before applicable taxes. AI call allowances and usage charges follow your selected, agreed plan. Third-party tools, domain registration and work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Delivery and included periods

The 24-hour website offer applies only to eligible agreed scopes after the brief, content and access are complete. Complex systems and integrations have separate timelines. BrokerEdge and BrokerElite include one year of hosting; BrokerElite includes one year of maintenance. Renewal scope and costs are agreed separately.

Payments and cancellation

Where enabled, checkout is handled by Paddle. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled. Use the subscription management link provided by Paddle or contact sales@loadaix.com for cancellation assistance before your next renewal. Canceling stops future renewals; refund requests are handled under our refund policy and applicable consumer rights.

Content, access and handover

You must have the rights to assets and content you supply. Provide required access through a secure method. Ownership, licenses, deliverables and handover arrangements are set out in the agreed project scope. Search positions, AI citations, revenue and uninterrupted third-party service availability are not guaranteed.
