The included hosting for BrokerEdge and BrokerElite, and maintenance for BrokerElite, cover one year. Renewal scope and pricing are agreed separately before that period ends. Domain registration, paid tools and additional usage are quoted separately where applicable.
BrokerBrain Ai is our $499/month AI receptionist automation service. It can answer using your approved business information, capture caller details and support a configured handoff to your team. We define and test the call flow before activation. Call usage follows the selected plan.
Yes. We scope workflows such as carrier intake, quote follow-up, load information handoffs, invoice creation and reminder emails around your existing tools and processes. Each integration is confirmed during discovery.
